PNUTS Terms of Service
Last updated: 18.07.2026
Welcome to PNUTS (https://pnuts.gg), an entertainment platform dedicated to case openings and gaming experiences. This Website is owned and operated by Yolloo Limited, a company registered under the laws of Belize, with its registered office at 35 Barrack Road, 3rd Floor, Belize City, Belize. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the PNUTS platform ("we", "our", "us") and the services provided therein ("Services").By accessing and using our Website, registering an account, or engaging with our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. User Account
1.1 Account Registration: Users may register using supported methods, including email and social accounts (e.g., Discord, Google). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. Use of PNUTS is prohibited where local laws forbid such services.
1.3 Account Integrity: One user = one account. Multi-accounting, shared access, or impersonation will lead to permanent bans.
1.4 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
1.5 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of rule violations or suspicious behavior.
2. Payments and Virtual Currency
2.1 Deposits: Users may deposit using supported methods (cards, crypto, skins, etc.). Deposits convert into PNUTS Coins, the in-platform virtual currency.
2.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed in crypto and CS2 skins.
2.3 Withdrawal Review Hold: We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, suspend or place on hold any withdrawal transaction for a period of up to seven (7) days in order to carry out a security and account-activity review. During this period the requested amount remains credited to the account and is not forfeited. If no anomalies or violations of these Terms are identified within those seven (7) days, the withdrawal will be confirmed and processed. Where a review reveals irregularities, or where additional verification is required, we may extend the review, request further documentation, or take action in accordance with Sections 5 (Verification), 11 (Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Prevention) and 12 (Bonuses, Promotions & Abuse).
2.4 Ownership: PNUTS Coins are not real-world currency. They exist solely within the platform and hold no real-world value.
2.5 Bonus System: PNUTS may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards (XP, rakeback, free cases, etc.) subject to specific terms and eligibility.
3. Fair Use and Behavior
3.1 Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly forbidden: Multi-accounting
Using bots or automated tools
Abusing bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities
Sharing accounts or login credentials
Engaging in fraud or chargeback abuse
Provocative, racist, sexist, or harassing behavior
Advertising, spam, or self-promotion in chat
3.2 Chat Guidelines: PNUTS Chat is public and for community engagement. Toxicity, begging, spam, or false accusations will lead to sanctions.
4. Game Mechanics and Balance
4.1 Virtual Nature: All items, levels, XP, and in-game assets have no real-world value. Spending real money converts to virtual assets only.
4.2 XP and Rewards: Special features like XP boosts and rewards follow predefined mechanics that may be updated periodically.
4.3 Fairness: Drop rates are governed by a Provably Fair system. User interface errors do not entitle you to compensation.
5. KYC and Compliance
5.1 Verification: We may require Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity, especially for withdrawals or if suspicious behavior is detected.
5.2 KYC Data: This may include full name, government ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, and source of funds.
5.3 Failure to Comply: Refusal to complete KYC may lead to account suspension or permanent ban, with forfeiture of virtual assets.
5.4 Blocking for Non-Completion: Completing KYC is mandatory once requested. If you do not complete verification within 30 days of our request, if the documents you provide are incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or cannot be verified, or if our verification provider rejects or fails your verification, your account will be blocked. A rejection or negative result returned by the provider is treated as a failure to complete KYC verification, and we are not obliged to disclose the provider's internal reasons for that decision. While an account is blocked you cannot deposit, place bets, open cases, receive bonuses, or withdraw. Blocking under this clause is not a penalty but a compliance requirement, and it is applied regardless of account age, balance, or deposit history.
5.5 Re-Verification: We may require verification again at any time, including after a change of payment method, a change of country, a significant increase in activity, or where a risk signal is detected. The same blocking rules apply until re-verification is completed.
5.6 Third-Party Processing: KYC may be performed by specialised third-party providers on our behalf. Verification data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and retained for as long as required by applicable law.
5.7 Source of Funds: We may request evidence of the source of your funds. Failure to provide it on request has the same consequence as failure to complete KYC.
6. Website Access & Downtime
6.1 Maintenance: PNUTS may undergo technical maintenance. We are not liable for access interruptions.
6.2 Lost Access: If you lose access to your registered email or login credentials, account recovery may not be possible.
6.3 2FA: We offer optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We are not liable for breaches resulting from your failure to use it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PNUTS, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of PNUTS and protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitations of Liability
PNUTS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of virtual items, access issues, or user conduct. Use PNUTS at your own risk.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1 PNUTS is intended purely for entertainment. You should only spend what you can afford to lose and never treat the platform as a source of income.
9.2 Self-Exclusion: On request via [email protected], you may set deposit limits, take a cooling-off period, or self-exclude for a fixed term or permanently. Once self-exclusion is applied, we will not reopen the account for the agreed period.
9.3 We may proactively limit, suspend, or close an account where we observe signs of harmful or compulsive play.
9.4 If you feel your play is becoming a problem, seek support from a specialized organization in your jurisdiction (for example, BeGambleAware or GamCare). 10. Restricted Territories
10.1 Access to PNUTS is prohibited from any jurisdiction where the Services would be unlawful, including territories subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
10.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is legal where you live. Using a VPN is allowed and is not, by itself, a breach of these Terms. However, providing false information about your location in order to access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach and may result in a ban and forfeiture of virtual assets.
10.3 We reserve the right to add or remove restricted territories at any time.
11. Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Prevention
11.1 We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
11.2 We may monitor, hold, or reverse transactions, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
11.3 Deposits made without genuine intent to use the platform (pass-through / layering) are prohibited and will lead to account closure and forfeiture of balances.
12. Bonuses, Promotions & Abuse
12.1 All bonuses, rewards, rakeback, and promotions are granted at our discretion and may carry wagering requirements, time limits, or eligibility conditions.
12.2 Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim rewards, collusion, or exploiting promotional mechanics, will void the related winnings and may lead to a ban.
12.3 We may amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
13. Dormant & Inactive Accounts
An account with no login activity for an extended period (12 months or more) may be classified as dormant. We may notify you at your registered email and, where permitted by law, apply an administrative fee or close the account. You can reactivate a dormant account by contacting support before closure.
14. Game Rules, Errors & Void Rounds
14.1 Server Authority: The outcome of every round is determined and recorded on our servers. Animations, sounds, counters, and any other on-screen presentation are illustrative only. Where the display and the server record differ, the server record prevails.
14.2 Malfunction Voids All Plays: Any round affected by a technical fault, software defect, or communication failure is void, together with any win or loss arising from it. We will restore the affected stake or balance to its pre-round state.
14.3 Obvious Error: Where a price, multiplier, drop rate, payout, or bonus value is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may void the affected rounds and correct balances accordingly.
14.4 Disconnection: Once a round is committed it completes server-side. Losing your connection, closing the tab, or refreshing the page does not cancel it and does not entitle you to a refund.
14.5 Case Battles: Once a battle has started it cannot be cancelled by a participant. If a battle cannot be completed for technical reasons, entry costs are returned to the participants.
14.6 Finality: Bets, case openings, upgrades, and battle entries are final. We do not reverse a round because of a change of mind, a misclick, or an unintended stake.
15. Provably Fair
15.1 Outcomes in our provably fair games are derived from a server seed, a client seed, and an incrementing nonce. The hashed server seed is published before play so that results can be checked afterwards.
15.2 Verification is available to you at any time. Using the platform does not depend on you verifying results, but the published data is the definitive record of fairness.
15.3 We may rotate server seeds periodically. Historical verification data is retained for a reasonable period only.
15.4 Provably fair mechanics confirm that a result was not altered after the fact. They are not a prediction tool and do not indicate future outcomes.
16. Skin Deposits & Withdrawals
16.1 Requirements: Skin transactions are performed through Steam trades or partner services. You must supply a valid trade link, keep your inventory available for trading, and have no trade hold, trade ban, or platform restriction on your Steam account.
16.2 Valuation: Skins are valued using our pricing sources at the moment the transaction is created. Market prices fluctuate, and the value quoted at that moment is the one that applies. We do not compensate for later price movements.
16.3 Availability: Skin withdrawals depend on partner stock. Where the exact item is unavailable we may offer an equivalent item or credit the balance instead.
16.4 Processing Time: Skin withdrawals are usually processed within minutes, but may take up to 72 hours where manual review, verification, or a partner outage is involved.
16.5 Trade Offers: You are responsible for accepting a trade offer within its validity window. Expired or declined offers return the item or the balance to your account, and the withdrawal must be requested again.
16.6 Valve-Side Limits: Steam trade holds, Steam Guard restrictions, inventory privacy settings, and any other Valve-side limitation are outside our control and are not grounds for compensation.
16.7 Security: We never ask for your Steam password, your Steam Guard codes, or your API key. Treat anyone requesting them as an impostor, including accounts imitating our staff or our support outside official channels.
17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
17.1 Contact Us First: If a payment looks wrong, contact [email protected] before contacting your bank or provider. Most issues are pending settlements that resolve without a dispute.
17.2 Chargeback Abuse: Raising a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is a material breach of these Terms. We may suspend the account, freeze the balance, reverse credited amounts, recover the costs we incur, and refuse service in future.
17.3 Evidence: We may share transaction records, logs, and verification data with payment processors, card issuers, and law enforcement in order to defend a dispute or comply with a legal obligation.
17.4 Refunds: Refunds are made at our discretion and only to the original payment method and account holder. 18. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any tax, duty, or levy that applies to your use of the platform in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice and do not act as a withholding agent on your behalf.
19. Affiliates, Referrals & Promo Codes
19.1 One Code Per Account: A promotional or referral code may be applied once per account. Self-referral, referring an account you also control, and referring members of the same household for reward purposes are prohibited.
19.2 Farming Networks: Creating or coordinating multiple accounts in order to generate referral rewards, promotional credit, or giveaway entries is prohibited. This includes clusters of accounts sharing an IP address, a device, a payment instrument, or a registration pattern. Affected accounts will be closed and the related rewards voided.
19.3 Recalculation: Affiliate and referral rewards may be recalculated, withheld, or reversed where the underlying activity involves fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or self-dealing.
19.4 Promotion of Codes: Codes must not be distributed through spam, misleading advertising, impersonation of PNUTS, paid search on our brand terms, or any platform where such promotion is prohibited. Breach may result in termination of the affiliate arrangement and of the account.
20. Giveaways, Rain & Gifts
20.1 Entry Conditions: Participation in giveaways, rain, and similar features may require a minimum level, deposit history, verification, or other conditions set at our discretion.
20.2 Automation and Multi-Accounting: Using bots, scripts, or additional accounts to enter these features leads to disqualification, removal of the reward, and a ban.
20.3 Transfers Between Users: Where gifting or transfers between users are available, we may limit, review, or reverse them, in particular where the funds originate from fraud, a chargeback, or a compromised account.
20.4 Expiry: Unclaimed prizes, rewards, and gifts may expire after the period stated when they are issued.
21. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The platform relies on third parties, including Valve and Steam, authentication providers such as Discord and Google, payment processors, verification vendors, and skin trading partners. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions, delays, or account actions, and an outage on their side is not grounds for compensation.
22. Prohibited Technical Conduct
22.1 Automation: Bots, scripts, macros, automated clients, and emulators are prohibited, as is any automated interaction with games, chat, giveaways, or the API.
22.2 Scraping and Reverse Engineering: Systematic scraping, unauthorised use of our API, decompiling, and reverse engineering of the platform are prohibited.
22.3 Exploits: If you discover a defect that produces an unintended advantage, you must stop using it and report it to [email protected]. Continuing to exploit it is a material breach, and any resulting balance or item is forfeited.
22.4 Security Testing: Do not attempt unauthorised access, denial-of-service, or penetration testing against our infrastructure without our prior written permission. Responsible reports of genuine vulnerabilities are welcome at [email protected].
22.5 Ban Circumvention: Creating or using another account after a ban, including through a different email address, payment method, device, or IP address, is prohibited and extends the original enforcement to the new account. 23. Communications
23.1 Service Messages: Messages about your account, security, payments, verification, and changes to these Terms form part of the Services and cannot be opted out of while your account is open.
23.2 Marketing: Where we send promotional messages you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting support.
23.3 Support Records: Support conversations may be recorded and retained so that we can handle disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.
24. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data, including verification documents, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. We retain certain records, including transaction and verification data, for the periods required by applicable law even after an account is closed.
25. Complaints & Support Procedure
25.1 How to Complain: Send complaints to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and to resolve straightforward matters within 14 days.
25.2 What to Include: Provide your account name, the relevant dates and times, and any transaction or round identifiers. Complaints without this information take longer to resolve.
25.3 Time Limit: A complaint about a specific round, payment, or withdrawal must be raised within 30 days of the event. After that period the recorded server outcome is treated as final.
25.4 Records: We retain complaint records for at least six months, or longer where required by law. 26. Account Closure & Effect of Termination
26.1 Closure on Request: You may ask us to close your account at any time. Rounds already committed are settled before closure.
26.2 Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, we may withhold balances and virtual assets that arise from the breach.
26.3 Return of Legitimate Balance: Any remaining legitimate balance is returned to you, subject to verification and anti-money-laundering checks, using the original payment method where possible, less any fees charged by the provider.
26.4 No Cash Value: Virtual items, coins, XP, levels, and bonuses have no cash value outside the platform and are lost when an account is closed.
26.5 Survival: Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including those on liability, indemnity, governing law, and record retention, continue to apply after closure.
27. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PNUTS, Yolloo Limited, and their directors, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the platform, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
28. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure and hosting outages, failures of payment or trading partners, blockchain network congestion, cyber attacks, changes in law or sanctions, industrial action, and natural events.
29. General Provisions
29.1 Assignment: We may assign or transfer this Agreement, including as part of a corporate reorganisation. You may not assign your account or your rights under it.
29.2 Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
29.3 No Waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
29.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any published promotion rules, form the entire agreement between you and us.
29.5 Language: These Terms are drafted in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience and conflicts with the English text, the English text prevails.
29.6 Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
29.7 No Partnership: Nothing in this Agreement creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and us.
30. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belize. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 31. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.
